In order to do a maintenance or part replacement on RAVEN, the head cover will need to be removed. It is a very simple procedure involving only 4 screws.
Replacing the Z-Truck is occasionally necessary in order to to change bearings or replace the part. This video demonstrates the simple process of removing the z-truck. Follow these instructions to install a Z-truck.
The blades used are 2mm shaft blades. Most blades compatible with Cricut and similar vinyl cutters will work. These blades are inexpensive and readily available through a number of outlets including Amazon. BE AWARE: The blades with black or painted shafts will not work as they must be conductive to work with the touch plate.
