Description of Issue

There are several issues that can be caused by inserting a board that is below the .5” minimum required thickness into the machine.  These errors are all associated with other problems too so sometimes it is hard to diagnose unless you check the board thickness right away.

Possible Causes

A thin board can cause a “Check Front Compression Roller”, “Y-axis stall”, “X-axis stall”, “Please Load Board”, or “Possible Board Problem” messages.

Troubleshooting Steps

Verify that the board is always at least .5” thick.
