While searching for the back edge of the board, the machine is waiting for the back roller to release and then activate the board sensor to find the edge. The “Back Roller Fault” occurs when the front roller releases before the back roller indicating that the back roller is actually stuck. Go to the “Stuck

This error occurs only during the initial homing and measurement routine before the carving. It occurs when the measured backlash on the X–drive is too large or movement was not detected. It most likely occurs when there is an issue with the board that causes tracking problems. Go to the “Possible Board Problem” message section
This error message occurs when STOP is pressed when user is told to set the sliding plate properly.
Bit selection part of the project data is corrupted. Format the memory card and reload the project.
If cut motor is activated while a probe is inserted, or when it is activated when cut motor is not enabled. Remove probe when doing a project.

Description of Issue A Z-axis stall is caused when the difference between the commanded distance becomes much more than the actual distance over the allotted time interval. An easy example of this would be putting your hand on the cutting truck and preventing it from moving during an operation. The computer is commanding it (and
