Description of Issue

When the machine is turned on, the LCD screen does not progress to the Main Menu and is stuck showing “CarveWright Woodworking Machine”.

Possible Causes

Cause include: a corrupted memory card or a faulty controller board.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Take the memory card to the programmer and open the Designer software. In the Flash Manager select format. Return the card to the machine and retry.
2. If the machine still will not progress to the Main Menu it means that the memory card or controller electronics are probably faulty. Unfortunately it is impossible to tell which one it is unless the user has an extra card. Send a Memory card (CWMC1) first and if that does not work then send a controller (A2065).
