Description of Issue

During initial power up, the LCD screen displays a series of random characters.

Possible Causes

The cause is either a defective controller board (A2065) or a faulty LCD cable.

Troubleshooting Steps

Insure connectivity of cable.

Send controller/cable in for testing. (Always make sure you are properly packing controller – see video.)

Replacement of parts.

Bring the machine in for repair.
