Description of Issue

During initial power up, the LCD screen displays the CarveWright banner and “SRAM followed by numeric characters”.  It will not let you proceed from this screen.

Possible Causes

The cause is a defective controller board (A2065).

Troubleshooting Steps

Replace the controller board (A2065).
