Description of Issue

In rare cases, the flexshaft core will be broken anywhere from 1″ to 1 1/2″ from either end.  This will usually happen within one hour of use.

Possible Causes

A burr has been raised on the inside of the flexshaft sheath that cuts into the core.

Troubleshooting Steps

Change the flexshaft assembly (A2045)
