E49 – Tracking Roller Failed

This error occurs only during the initial homing and measurement routine before the carving.  It occurs when STOP is pressed during “Check Tracking Roller” error message.  This error is shown because of out of limit numbers when measuring the length of the board.

Description of Issue There are several issues that can be caused by inserting a board that is below the .5” minimum required thickness into the machine.  These errors are all associated with other problems too so sometimes it is hard to diagnose unless you check the board thickness right away. Stuck Compression Roller Message

Description of Issue During operation machine can report that one of the two sprung loaded compression rollers is stuck.  This occurs when the sensors that monitor the compressed/released state of the roller is reporting an unexpected state.  See a detailed description of this mechanism in the Troubleshooting section of the CarveWright Operator’s manual.
